AI Engineer (m/f/d)

Mission
Together with your team you develop solutions ranging from comfort/entertainment to safety-critical in an automotive environment by using cutting-edge algorithms.
You are responsible for designing AI software components within a product. You have a very good foundation of AI concepts and detailed knowledge about machine learning algorithms, both traditional and modern. At a project level, you are the interface between the function owner, data acquisition, embedded and the validation teams. You are expected to deliver technical solutions fulfilling project requirements, perform associated tests and validation and provide documentation.
Responsibilities
- Design AI models and/or algorithms based on project requirements and within relevant ML framework
- Deliver algorithms and code to build model from associated dataset
- Ensure the robustness of the model by defining the appropriate KPIs
- Regular technical watch on the recent AI community research outcomes and trends
- Manage the experiments and datasets in terms of reproducibility and repeatability
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Computer Science or related with focus in Machine Learning
- 2+ years hands-on experience in ML / data science or related field
- Good python programming skills (C/C++ is a bonus)
- Practical experience with ML frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow)
- Experience with designing own neural networks architectures
- You have excellent communication skills (English + German)
