Requirements Engineer (m/f/d)

Your mission
As Requirements Engineer you shape the future functionality of our products - you will define and review requirements in existing and future projects / product developments. A precise requirements analysis boosts the efficient solution development in our various projects.
Responsibilities
- Record, create, review and adapt requirements in the development process of various systems, objects or functions
- Requirements analysis: utility check, feasibility check, design proposals, technology identification, constraints identification, documentation
- Management of requirements changes (coordination of change requests) and assurance of the quality of requirements and requirements changes
- Development of status reports and requirements modelling diagrams for internal activities as well as for the suppliers and customers
- Supporting the development of requirements management processes. according to A-Spice, ISO26262
- Close cooperation with various stakeholders, such as software and test engineers, customers, experts
Your Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or comparable technical discipline
- 3+ years of professional experience in the related metier in automotive engineering or relevant industries
- Proven experience in Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN)
- You are self-motivated, driven, reliable and able to work independently as well as in a team
- You are passionate about working on complex problems and with innovative state-of-the-art technologies.
- You have excellent communication skills (English and German)
